At Bayyinah LLC, we strive for perfection in every garment, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely package your items in their original box.
Drop Off Package
Hand over your package to the designated carrier at any authorized drop-off location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.
Receive Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
